A dedicated medical HR service for aesthetic clinics, medispas and dental clinics.  After years of overseeing clinic managers as part of a national aesthetic chain and now working with many independent clinics and medispas, it is apparent that one of the most challenging day to day tasks faced is people management, HR guidance, HR support and HR compliance. For this reason AB Aesthetic services felt it was important to be able to offer a full HR service specialist to the aesthetics and beauty industry providing a bespoke aesthetic and medical HR service.

Welcome to our HR Academy, this is headed up by Tania Jarman,  a Cipd qualified (Chartered Industry of Personnel and Development) HR Business Partner.

Tania has experience across a number of sectors, including public and private health care services, pharmaceutical, retail, logistics and financial services.

“I am very passionate about what I do and have been fortunate to work with some fantastic  companies, start-ups, and fast-growth companies.  I have also completed HR Project assignments working alongside entrepreneurial business owners, completing HR Audits and implementing recommendations focused on minimising risk, streamlining HR processes and aligning HR priorities to commercial business objectives. Over the years I have offered a broader range of HR and business improvement services that are cost-effective and tailored to the values and cultures of each business that I am fortunate enough to work with.

We don’t just give you a tick box exercise telling you what you should do, and instead offer creative options based on how you want to run your business.
