My journey in aesthetics began with my role as a nurse practitioner leading onto the management roles of clinic manager, regional manager and ultimately Operations Director for Courthouse Clinics, a renowned national chain of aesthetic clinics. Over the course of 20 years as operations Director I honed my skills and expertise, overseeing the growth and success of this prestigious brand. As a key figure in its expansion, I spearheaded initiatives ranging from clinic establishment to staff training, customer service enhancement, talent recruitment, treatment innovation, and regulatory compliance.
In 2020, I embarked on a new chapter by establishing my own consultancy firm, AB Aesthetic Services Ltd. Drawing upon my extensive experience and skill set, I am dedicated to empowering aesthetic businesses to thrive and succeed in today’s competitive market. Throughout her journey, Sonia has ventured into various facets of aesthetics, ranging from clinic management, spa development, skin care distribution. Experience
Lisa has extensive experience as a CQC lead and as a CQC inspector. Lisa is passionate about patient care and strives to create an environment of continuous quality improvement with a focus on safety, quality and i proving the patient experience.
Following many years in the NHS Lisa was until recently Head of Nursing for The Private Clinic of Harley Street, working for over 5 years in the independent cosmetic and aesthetic sector. Lisa during this time was also CQC Registered Manager for The Private Clinic Birmingham Clinic and Cosmetic Skin Clinics, Devonshire Place and Stoke Poges.
Lisa was seconded from Liverpool Heart & Chest Hospital to the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in July 2015 on a part time basis and continues to work for the CQC as a Specialist Advisor, having undertaken numerous Inspections in the NHS and Private Sector.
Lisa is a non- elected trustee on the board of the Association for Perioperative Practice (AfPP) and represents AfPP on the steering group of the SAFE OR program, which supports and promotes safe standards of operating theatre practice in low- income countries. She has contributed to developing the program and has delivered multi-disciplinary teaching on courses in Africa, India, Bangladesh and the UK.
Lisa served as a Major in the Army Reserves for 18 years and completed three operational tours, in the role of Senior Nursing Officer for operating theatres, to Iraq and Afghanistan.
Patrick brings a wealth of experience to the team with a proven track record in the areas of sales & marking, business development, product launch and strategic planning.
He has worked and lived in various International markets over the last 30 years with this vast experience being gained in Corporate of Start-up operations covering the US, Europe, Middle East and Asia, markets in both Telecommunications and Healthcare Industries.
The last 6 years Patrick has worked solely in the Beauty and Aesthetics markets supplying equipment and working with salon owners to help meet and exceed their business objectives with prudent business practices.
Patrick’s passion is working with clinic owners to help identify their equipment needs but also to provide a range of business services to effectively ensure their ROI is met and exceeded.
