This Employee Handbook draws together information on the Company’s rules, policies, and procedures
relating to key aspects of your employment, and covers many of the more general topics about which
employees sometimes ask questions. It illustrates our intention to treat all employees fairly and consistently
and to follow the law as regards employment practices. It also sets out your own duties and responsibilities in
relation to your employment relationship with the Company and the high standards of conduct that are
expected of you. However, it is not intended to cover every situation or to explain everything about your
employment.
